Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Streak Day mobile application published by NuraV Tech ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
1. The licence we grant you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Streak Day on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
If you installed the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between Apple's EULA and these terms, Apple's EULA controls only the matters that it expressly addresses.
2. The Pro one-time purchase
Streak Day offers an optional "Pro" unlock as a one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase. Pro is not a subscription. There is no renewal, no auto-charge, and no future billing tied to it. The price is shown to you in your local currency before you confirm the purchase.
The purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, billing disputes, and payment-method questions are handled by them under their published policies:

If you reinstall the app or move to a new device using the same Apple ID or Google account, the "Restore purchases" option on the paywall re-grants Pro at no additional charge.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation. You will not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly permits it.
4. Your content stays yours
The habits, completion records, and timer sessions you create in the app are stored locally on your device. We do not claim any ownership of, or licence to, that content.
5. App updates
We may release updates from time to time. Updates may add, remove, or change features, and may fix bugs or improve performance. You may choose not to install updates, but doing so may degrade the experience over time or be required to receive security fixes.
6. Service availability
The app does not depend on our servers — it works offline once installed. However, in-app purchases, restore-purchases flows, and operating-system features (notifications, app installation) depend on third-party platforms (Apple, Google) that may experience downtime or change behaviour outside of our control.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NuraV Tech and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app. In no event will our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the app exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 25 if you have not paid us anything.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold NuraV Tech harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may terminate or suspend your licence to use the app if you materially breach these terms. On termination, the licence in Section 1 ends, but the provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitations of liability, etc.) will survive.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after we publish updated terms constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
